The long-term abrasive VSM ILUMERON achieves a particularly high gloss level when grinding stainless steel, superalloys and unalloyed steel. The specially developed manufacturing method ensures that the abrasive grains wear down evenly, in a controlled manner and over the entire surface. This produces significantly finer surfaces starting at a grit of 180 without ‘random’ scratches.
