VSM at VIIF in Hanoi

The VSM CERAMICS XK870X and XK760X belts, which are available with a robust polyester cloth backing, are designed to achieve the highest stock removal rates when processing high-alloyed steels and other very hard surfaces. Thanks to the micro-crystalline grain structure, their grains break more finely and with sharper edges. This in turn leads to lower working temperatures in the contact area, a very long service life, and exceptionally aggressive grinding.

Only VSM ACTIROX, which is designed for maximum stock removal when grinding high-alloyed steels, stainless steels and carbon steels, achieves an even more aggressive and powerful cut than this. Its newly developed geometrically-structured ceramic grains break down particularly evenly and in a defined manner. As they break down, they continuously produce razor-sharp cutting edges. For the live demonstration at VIIF, the AF799 and AF890 fibre discs were used: "With its long service life and its particular aggressive and fast grinding, right from the first cut, ACTIROX made a big impression on our trade visitors", says Methat Phansri from VSM's Thailand Representative Office.
